Jessica Stroup in August of 2009 at the premiere of “Extract” at the Arclight Hollywood. She looked adorable in this short black dress covered in gold sequins. Her short brown hair looked equally cute. She wore it in a short layered bob. There are a few low-lights throughout. This is a very easy hairstyle to copy.
